north Horse Creek

From the trailhead riders can jump on the Blind Bull/North Horse Creek Snowmobile trail and head to the top of the Wyoming Range and down into the Grey's River. For more adventurous off trail riders the North Horse Creek area offers open powder fields and challenging climbs. Check with local Avalanche forecasters before you go to check on snow conditions.

Directions:

From the Town of Daniel, Wyoming, head north on United States Highway 189 (US 189) for approximately 2 miles until you reach the junction of US 189 and US 191. Turn left at the junction onto US 191/189. After a quarter of a mile, make a left to turn on Wyoming State Highway 354 (WY 354). Continue on WY 354 for 6 miles (the road name then changes to Daniel-Merna Road/County Road 23-112). Follow Daniel-Merna Road/County Road 23-112 for an additional 11 miles where you will then enter the Bridger-Teton National Forest (the road name changes again to Horse Creek Road/Forest Service Road 10389). North Horse Creek Snowmobile Trailhead is located to the right just beyond the Forest Boundary.
